In this episode of Down the Rabbit Hole, we’re talking to our CEO and Co-founder, Brian Flynn. He’s here to tell us why RabbitHole and crypto education are so important, why RabbitHole has decided to decentralize, and the future of business and work.

Brian talks about how he found his way into crypto from a background in gaming, and how he started RabbitHole. He gives an overview of what RabbitHole is and how people can start to use it.

We discuss goals — what is RabbitHole ultimately trying to achieve? What does crypto education look like as a long-term goal? Brian explains how RabbitHole can be used in recruitment and how users can showcase their skills and experience to find work.

We also talk about decentralization. What does the process of decentralizing and becoming a DAO look like? What does Brian see people doing wrong, and what should they be doing more of? What are the different phases involved in the decentralization process?
